Is the Applied AI and Data Analysis A.E.C. right for you?

Short answer
The Applied AI and Data Analysis A.E.C. at ai.unica.college is an online attestation (not a diploma) built from 5 sessions, 28 courses and 530 classes. It is designed for people who want to use AI and data analysis seriously in their work. You can try it first with a free taster workshop, and the introductory price is $4,200.
Who is this program for?
It is for adults who want practical AI and data skills without going back to a traditional campus schedule. That includes professionals who want to work faster and better with AI tools, people changing careers, and people who already work with numbers and want to go further.
You do not need to be a programmer to be curious about it. If you want to understand what AI can really do, and where it should not be trusted, this is the kind of program I had in mind when we built it.
I should be clear about one thing: it is an A.E.C. (attestation d'études collégiales). That is an attestation, not a diploma. It is a focused, job-oriented credential.
How are the 5 sessions, 28 courses and 530 classes organised?
The program is built as a progression. Each session groups several courses, and each course is made of classes you work through one after the other.
- 5 sessions, taken in order
- 28 courses spread across those sessions
- 530 classes in total
The idea is simple: you move from the foundations of AI and data to applying them on real tasks, step by step, instead of jumping between disconnected tutorials. Having a clear map also makes it easier to see where you are and what comes next.
What is the link with the ministry's program?
The Applied AI A.E.C. (LEA.ED) is based on the ministry's program. Ministry approval of our programme version is in progress. I prefer to say exactly where we are rather than promise something that is not finished yet.
Collège Unica is a private non-profit college in Montréal, establishment code 749841, and the online programs are run by us.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. We offer a free taster workshop called "Applied AI, live". It is the easiest way to see how we teach, meet the approach, and decide whether the program fits what you need. There is no pressure: if it is not for you, you will know after one workshop.
What does it cost?
The introductory price is $4,200 for the program. Introductory means exactly that: it is the price we are offering at launch, so I would encourage you to check the current offer on the site.
